We also work with Boards of Directors to help them develop and administer performance evaluations of their senior staff person such as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, or Chief Administrative Officer.
Using an online assessment tool, we will survey Board members and seek their opinions on how well the senior staff person is performing in key areas such as leadership, governance and board relations, financial management, strategic thinking, human resource management, communications, advocacy, and others.
