Step 1 – Understand Your Needs

Working with you, we determine the knowledge, skills and abilities needed for the position. We also develop a clear understanding of duties and responsibilities, reporting relationships, performance expectations, experience and education, personal qualities, and challenges facing the successful candidate.

Step 2 – Source Candidates

We identify potential candidates from previous search files, internal databases, job boards, advertisements, professional online networks, social media channels, and direct contacts. We also dig deeper – discreetly targeting professionals who aren’t actively seeking employment, yet open to an attractive career opportunity.

Step 3 – Screening Interviews

We interview the best-qualified applicants, assessing their experience, professional and academic qualifications, achievements and suitability. We will then present you with a short-list of the top candidates.

Step 4 – Client Interviews

We coordinate the interviews with the short-listed candidates. We manage logistics, develop interview questions, facilitate the interviews, and guide you through the selection decision.

Step 5 – Background Checks and Testing

We conduct a 360-degree reference check with former supervisors, colleagues and business contacts. We carry out an EQI (Emotional Quotient Inventory) assessment with the finalist candidate(s) and verify all professional and educational credentials.

Step 6 – Job Offer

We prepare and present a letter of offer to the successful candidate, and negotiate the terms and conditions of employment. We also notify all unsuccessful candidates – promptly and professionally.
