As leaders, we should think about how we can help our employees reach their full potential. Listen to them, remove the obstacles that are making this journey more difficult, and recognize them for their work.
Having a difficult conversation with an employee is often uncomfortable for both the leader and the employee. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
