Candidate Commitment

One of the key contributors to our success has been the strong relationships we maintain with candidates throughout the search process.

This commitment is based on three principles: strict confidentiality, clear communication, and timely feedback.

First, we understand that applying for a job is a confidential matter. We undertake that we will not release your name, resume, or other information to any client without your knowledge and permission.

Second, we will be open and communicative with you so that you are kept informed during all stages of the search process. In our initial interview with you, we will provide you with details about the job, such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, organizational culture, career advancement opportunities, and other information that is known to us.

If you are selected for an interview with our client, we will brief you in advance and give you resources, advice, and support so that you enter the interview fully prepared.

Lastly, regardless of the outcome, we will provide you with honest, detailed, and constructive feedback where our client has provided it. Your feedback to us is also important, and we always welcome it.

Here are a few examples of what candidates say about their experience with us:

As a candidate, I can readily attest to the support and added confidence I had throughout the hiring process when working with Gerald Walsh Associates. Although contracted by the employer, they were present and available to help me every step of the way to present my experience and skills in the best possible manner. Additionally, their process and professionalism lent me confidence that I was being treated fairly and am truly the best “fit” for the organization.

Other recruiters have limited involvement with candidates. But Gerald Walsh Associates was with me every step of the way: helping me assess my strengths, teaching me about the organization, and guiding my preparation for interviews. It was like I had my own personal coach ensuring I was 100% prepared and able to put my best foot forward.
