A three-month Career Advancement Program, our most popular program, designed primarily for managers and professionals. An Executive Program for senior level managers and professionals.
A one-month Job Search Skills Program for administrative, technical and longer-term, junior employees.
A Quick Start Program, delivered in four one-hour sessions, designed to provide individualized job search advice to junior level employees and help them "jump start" their job search process.
An Entrepreneurial Program which enables individuals in transition to explore the full range of entrepreneurial options and decide whether an entrepreneurial course of action is the right one for them.
Customized Group Workshops, which are a cost-effective way to assist employees affected by a large-scale downsizing through closures, reorganizations or cutbacks.
A Remote Program, for individuals outside metropolitan Halifax, that takes advantage of technology and extensive telephone communications to teach job search skills and techniques.
