FEES AND GUARANTEE
We deliver exceptional candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. Typically, the compensation level paid to the new employee determines the amount of our professional fee and length of guarantee. In order to avoid a potential conflict-of-interest during salary negotiations, our professional fee is determined on a fixed fee basis rather than a percentage of compensation. The fee is established at the beginning of the search and does not change regardless of the final compensation package offered to and accepted by the successful candidate.
We have confidence in the quality of our work and our rigorous screening and selection processes. Therefore our guarantee to you is straightforward: should the candidate we place resign or be dismissed for performance reasons within a set period of time from date of employment, we will find a suitable replacement at no additional cost to you.
All minor office-related disbursements such as telephone charges, fax, printing, long distance, etc., are absorbed by us and not charged to you. Any major out-of-pocket expenditures, such as advertising and travel, are billed to you at our cost and must be approved by you in advance.
