When I started this firm in 1990, my goal was to provide the highest quality, results-based recruitment services available. I wanted to be a trusted, reliable and effective business partner with our clients. Since that time, we have added other services, namely career transition and executive coaching, but I have always felt that the commitment we made, to provide personal service to clients, must not be compromised.

I am very thankful that we have been able to establish solid relationships with our clients. One statistic that I am particularly proud of is that 85% of our business comes from repeat and referred clients.

As we look ahead to the coming years, we plan to engage in meaningful, enjoyable work that helps companies and people learn and grow. Through our core business areas - executive search, career transition and executive coaching - we want to help companies better manage their human resources and become more successful as a result. Through these services, we will also help individuals be more productive and ultimately more successful in their careers and their lives.

We will be open to and explore new ideas and will continue to offer workshops and educational opportunities that focus on leading-edge human resource issues.
