Using state-of-the-art techniques and equipment, the professional team at Daniel Daniel Dentistry is committed to providing clients with the highest level of service that dentistry has to offer. They now wish to add another key member to their team in the role of Client Service Coordinator.

As Client Service Coordinator, you will have two broad areas of responsibility. First, you will oversee all client consultation and service – from initial inquiry through to completion of the work and beyond. In this capacity, you will explain the benefits of cosmetic dentistry to prospective clients, identify concerns, explore options, and understand the client’s unique needs so that an informed decision can be made. Second, you will work with the marketing consultant to implement initiatives, as well as manage all marketing, promotional, and communications activities of the practice. This could involve anything from maintaining web site content, to participating at trade shows, to developing promotional materials for the practice.

As the ideal candidate, you have a genuine appreciation for the culture and work style of a professional practice, ideally dentistry. You have a clear understanding of the consultative sales process and conduct all your business in a highly-professional manner. Technically, you possess a range of diverse marketing skills including public relations, web site design, media relations, promotions and communications. With a warm, outgoing, friendly personality, you are totally committed to client service and thrive working collaboratively in a team-based environment.
