Internet & Marketing Specialist Our client, a leading economic development organization, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join its team as Internet & Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for a wide range of traditional and new media marketing and communications activities that target multiple stakeholder groups including the local business community, outside investors, all levels of government and others. This includes “owning” all aspects of the management, development, and maintenance of the organization’s website and interactive media activity. As the ideal candidate, you have proven experience in all aspects of Internet marketing and a solid understanding how this contributes to overall marketing strategy. Your demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging web-based trends and technologies has made you an up-and-coming authority on the subject. Additionally, your experience coordinating and designing traditional marketing and communications programs has made you a well-rounded marketing professional. You have successfully managed traditional advertising and marketing campaigns, website content plans, content management systems, and e-marketing programs and are comfortable monitoring and reporting website statistical information. You are also comfortable working with outside designers and vendors. Your 3-5 years of progressive work experience combined with your relevant education has enabled you to sharpen your team work, communication, relationship building and problem solving skills. |
