Service Manager Our client, a local company that is part of the largest independent disaster restoration company in Canada that specializes in insurance restoration, property damage repairs, renovation services and cleaning services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to join its organization in the integral role of Service Manager. Reporting to the General Manager and overseeing a team of qualified technicians and trades people, you will manage the service side of the business with a strong focus on quality workmanship and service excellence. This includes ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, working closely with project managers and providing strong leadership to staff and sub-contractors to ensure quality and timeliness of service delivery. You will ultimately be responsible for allocating and managing all human resources, financial resources and timelines of projects. As the ideal candidate, you have proven service management experience and thrive in a fast paced environment that requires you to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects. Ideally, you have an excellent knowledge of the trades, and are familiar with the insurance and construction industries. Motivated to meet and exceed your goals, you use excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills to reach your objectives.
