The Coaching ProcessTo be truly successful, we believe that an individual's career goals and values must be aligned with those of their employer. Therefore, the first step in our coaching process is to identify and understand the employer's vision, mission, goals and culture. We then design a customized program to meet each situation's unique needs. Our coaching program works with real business agendas delivering real-time learning with a strong focus on results. It is an evolving process, responding to changing individual and organizational needs as they occur. Once the objectives and expected outcomes are agreed upon, we work one-on-one with the individual to design an action plan for change, followed by regular meetings to provide ideas, direction, encouragement and feedback. Duration of Coaching ProgramPrograms can be structured for different lengths, depending upon the requirements of the individual and the employer. On average individuals should be prepared for a six-month commitment in order to experience sustained improvement. Generally, we would schedule two to three meetings per month with the individual. Telephone consultation is also used, as required.
